Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock transfers.
• Ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts and cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and operational issues.
• Prepare and verify shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and report slow-moving, excess, or low-stock items to the relevant departments.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely when required.
• Ensure proper maintenance and daily inspection of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Supervise and provide guidance to Warehouse Assistants to ensure productivity and adherence to work procedures.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper storage practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Quality Management System (QMS), Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), environmental procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Support audits, stocktaking exercises, and other warehouse projects as assigned.

Working Requirements

• Minimum GCE "O" Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a supervisory or coordination role.
• Possess a valid Singapore Forklift Licence.
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse material handling equipment.
• Familiar with warehouse inventory management and stock control processes.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office); experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work a 5.5-day work week.
