Service Engineer

• Provide technical product training.
• Handle product, technical and warranty etc
• Monitor quality issue
• Create training materials, technical procedures, service manuals and part guides for distributors.
• Handle defective unit exchange to end customer, follow up defective unit repair etc

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience of experience in consumer electronics after sales management industry.
