Associate's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, or related fields.
Over 5 years of experience in server/data center technical support, including at least 3 years of experience with GPU servers.
In-depth understanding of NVIDIA GPU architecture (H100/H200/H800/B200/B300 series), PCIe topology, and NVLink/NVSwitch interconnect technologies.
Proficient in Linux system administration and skilled in using hardware diagnostic tools and out-of-band management systems such as BMC/iLO.
Strong fault analysis capabilities, able to independently complete the entire process from log collection and data correlation to root cause location.
Preference will be given to candidates holding HCIE-Data Center, NVIDIA DGX certification, or others Advanced Technical Certification.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Specification Development and Publication: Compile and update on-site maintenance technical specifications, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for GPU servers and storage devices, and promote their implementation to all maintenance engineers.
Difficult Fault Support: Respond to escalated difficult faults reported by maintenance engineers, providing remote technical guidance; when necessary, coordinate with the GS (Global Support) team to intervene and track the fault until it is resolved.
Incident Review: Conduct root cause analysis on major operational errors (accidental shutdown, incorrect hard drive replacement, incorrect cable disconnection, etc.), compile incident analysis reports, and propose preventative measures and improvement plans.
Work Order Technical Analysis: Regularly review the on-site maintenance instructions for closed work orders, verify the rationality of fault diagnosis logic and repair solutions, and promptly correct any non-standard operations.
Technical Case Library Construction: Collect and organize typical fault cases (such as GPU outages, ECC errors, BMC log analysis, etc.) to form a standardized technical case library for engineers to learn from and reference.
