Job Summary

You will perform comprehensive manual testing to ensure software quality by validating functionality against business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to identify, track, and resolve defects efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate software against business requirements
• Create, review, and execute detailed test cases and scenarios derived from business requirements to ensure thorough coverage
• Log, track, and manage defects using Jira to facilitate timely resolution and maintain quality standards
• Maintain accurate test documentation and project knowledge in Confluence for team transparency and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to communicate issues and ensure prompt defect resolution
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to contribute to continuous quality assurance improvements
• Validate application functionality systematically to ensure alignment with business needs and user expectations

Required competencies and certifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Manual Testing
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills applied in testing contexts
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
