岗位职责

Manage full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare customer invoices, follow up on payments, and process creditor invoices and payments.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and statements; assist with budgets and forecasts
Maintain proper accounting records and filing of all financial documents.
Handle payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, PCB submissions, and manage employee claims and reimbursements.
Support external auditors during annual audits and assist with tax filings.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and general office duties
Provide support to the management team as required.
Undertake ad hoc tasks and any other duties assigned by the company to support business operations.
Current university students pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying, M&E, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Able to write, read and talk in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Open to those interns who stay in Penang Island.
