Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates.
- Support submission reviews and maintain records for contracts and claims.
- Help prepare progress reports, technical correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Support in cost control, budgeting, and payment claims.
- Assist with procurement tasks such as quotations, supplier coordination, and material tracking.
- Gain exposure to contract administration and variation orders.
- Current university students pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying, M&E, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to write, read and talk in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Open to those interns who stay in Penang Island.
