Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with documentation, financing application submissions, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
• Review and verify customer documents to ensure completeness and compliance with company requirements.
• Perform preliminary credit assessments by reviewing customer information, financial documents, and credit applications to support financing decisions.
• Monitor customer credit limits, application status, and outstanding documentation, escalating issues where necessary.
• Coordinate closely with sales consultants, dealers, financial institutions, customers, and internal departments to ensure seamless application processing.
• Prepare business reports, sales reports, and credit-related documentation to support operational and management reporting.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide after-sales and application support when required.
• Assist in improving operational processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Perform other administrative and business support duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in automotive, banking, finance, credit analysis, hire purchase, loan processing, sales administration, or customer service will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of credit assessment, customer financing, or trade credit processes is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
