We're Hiring: Korean Customer Service Representative (Gaming Project)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Education: Diploma or above (Certificate must be in English)

Responsibilities:

Play and test games for up to 8 hours per day.

Provide customer support to Russia-speaking gamers via chat, email, or phone.

Report bugs, gameplay issues, and user feedback.

Ensure a high-quality gaming experience for players.

Work closely with the gaming operations team to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Russia speaker.

Willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Passionate gamer with good knowledge of PC, mobile, or console games.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree (certificate must be in English).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Customer service experience is a plus, but enthusiastic gamers are encouraged to apply!
