Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in overseeing the daily operations of Wetland Studios.
• Supervise front-line staff and ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor ticketing, admissions, and visitor flow.
• Assist in coordinating events, studio bookings, and operational activities.
• Ensure the premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare daily operational reports and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or customer service experience (fresh graduates with strong leadership skills are encouraged to apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and on a rotating shift schedule.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
