Senior Specialist – Project Manager

Employment Status: Contract renewable (12 months)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM

About the Role

Join a leading telecom operator’s transformation journey, driving complex 4G & 5G Core and RAN rollout projects. As a Senior Specialist Project Manager, you’ll be the key link between stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project planning & coordination: Lead multi-stakeholder collaboration in nationwide 4G & 5G rollout projects.
• IP Core network delivery: Drive integration, testing, and migration activities for IP Core systems.
• Vendor management: Work closely with vendor teams on project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Progress monitoring: Track milestones, budgets, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution.
• Risk management: Identify risks early, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Compliance assurance: Guarantee that all 5G system node deployments meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing complex IP Core network telecom projects.
• Exposure to cybersecurity, cloud-native, or virtualized environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PMI, or other project management certifications are an advantage.
