Job Requirements – F&B Supervisor

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
• SPM/STPM with relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role in a hotel, fine dining restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Experience in a 5-star hotel is an advantage.

Knowledge

• Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and cash handling procedures.
• Familiar with food hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Understanding of inventory control and cost management is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
