Job Summary:
- The Duty Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during their shift.
- Responsible for maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction
- Oversees front-of-house activities, responds promptly to guest concerns or emergencies, and coordinates with various departments.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for guests and staff in the absence of senior management and is responsible for ensuring that all hotel standards, policies, and procedures are followed.
- Supports staff supervision, helps resolve operational issues, and ensures a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for both guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily hotel operations and ensure all departments are functioning smoothly
- Handle guest complaints, special requests, and emergency situations in a professional manner
- Monitor staff performance and assist in training and development
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Conduct property walks to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and security
- Maintain detailed shift reports and communicate effectively with management

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
