Job Description

1. Responsible for line changeovers and daily equipment debugging (pick-and-place machines, printers, reflow ovens) on server motherboard SMT lines; optimizing process parameters for high-density BGA and large-format PCBs; and managing production yield and efficiency.

2. Troubleshooting process anomalies (printing, placement, reflow soldering, etc.) and performing routine equipment maintenance and common fault diagnosis.

3. Handling AOI program debugging and first-article inspection/verification; creating and updating production SOPs.

4. Training operators on standardized procedures, supervising SOP adherence, and recording production and equipment operation data.

5. Collaborating with equipment engineers on equipment precision calibration and performance optimization.

Job Requirements

1. Technical secondary school education or higher, majoring in electronics or a related field.

2. 2+ years of experience as an SMT technician in the server PCBA or broader electronics industry; proficient in operating high-speed mounters (Fuji/Yamaha/Samsung), fully automatic screen printers, and reflow ovens with 10+ heating zones.

3. Familiar with the complete SMT process for server motherboards; capable of independently troubleshooting common equipment and process issues; able to interpret BOMs and Gerber files.

4. Basic English reading and writing skills; able to work a two-shift rotation.

5. Experience with high-density BGA placement process debugging is preferred.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
