Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely data entry.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Manage and ensure compliance with LHDN e-Invoicing requirements.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, audit schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
- Conduct monthly stock counts and prepare stock reconciliation reports.
- Manage the company's fixed asset register, including asset acquisition, tagging, movement, maintenance, and disposal.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation in accordance with company policies and accounting best practices.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal control procedures.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and assignments as delegated by the Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting and finance. Experience in handling a full set of accounts is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
- Familiar with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), taxation, and LHDN e-Invoicing requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting software. Experience with AutoCount will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
