The Sr Executive Analyst will play a key role in supporting corporate finance and strategic advisory engagements, including fundraising, mergers & acquisition, valuation and investor relation activities
The role involves developing financial models, preparing investment and presentation materials, conducting market and industry research, and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders such as investors, shareholders and advisors.
The Sr Executive will contribute to the firm’s mission of delivering high-quality financial advisory solutions and maintaining strong client and investor relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the company's engagement with shareholders, investors, and potential funders to enhance market confidence and visibility.
- Prepare and coordinate investor materials including presentations, briefing notes, Q&A documents, and follow-up action plans.
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, peer performance, and analyst coverage to provide insights on market positioning and opportunities.
- Develop, review and refine financial models, valuation analyses, and cash flow projections to support fundraising, M&A, and strategic advisory projects.
- Present key financial findings and insights to management, clients, and potential investors to facilitate discussions and negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather, verify, and maintain accurate, up-to-date client information.
- Assist in the preparation and review of client proposals, investment decks, and transaction-related documents (e.g., term sheets, information memoranda).
- Participate in and coordinate due diligence exercises and assist in compiling necessary documentation for investors, lenders, or regulatory submissions.
- Guide, train, and review the work of junior executives to ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables.
- Undertake any other related tasks or assignments as required by the management.
Job Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or any related
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or related advisory fields are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or exposure to financial modelling, valuation, or understanding ofcapital markets will be an added advantage.
