This position is responsible in determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications, assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise Quality Assurance Inspection including staff management, recruitment, training and development, work scheduling, disciplinary and Key-Index Performance
Plan, prepare and revise to ensure all development tasks meet quality criteria through planning, execution, quality assurance and issue tracking and to resolve customer and work issues or problems within own level of authority and communicate or escalate with concerned parties.
Formulate and implement processes, policies and procedures that contribute to the over-all efficiency and productivity of the company
Oversees and implement all ISO documentations and ISO compliance, Internal & External Audit activities related to ISO and QMS enforcement.
Report to Top Management on any need for improvement such as Corrective / Preventive action results.
Requires to work closely with the Operations team to define the QA strategy and approach for company’s services and be ultimately responsible for ensuring operations quality, strategic thinking, planning and providing expertise throughout the entire services development with a strong sense of quality ownership to ensure that quality is upheld from the start.
Requirement
Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management , Engineering or relevant disciplines.
Minimum two (2) year’s work experiences in the logistics and transportation or relevant industries.
Knowledge of warehouse management system and SAP would be an advantage.
Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
