We are a HK based global company (Stock Code: HK552) specializing in providing infrastructure support services in connection with telecommunications network consultancy, design, construction, enhancement and maintenance. Our customers include major telecommunications operators, equipment manufacturers, government agencies/ departments, and large corporations. We are expanding and requiring high caliber person to fill the following positions:

Job Responsibilities

Perform daily procurement operations in compliance with policies and procedures;

Manage full procurement cycle: specification review, sourcing, tender documentation, evaluation, contract award, and delivery follow-up;

Assist in liaising with internal users and monitoring supplier performance;

Assist in preparing procurement reports and data analysis;

Undertake other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields; knowledge of telecom/IT industry preferred;

Relevant procurement experience is an advantage;

Experience in large-scale M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) turnkey project procurement is a strong plus;

Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;

Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure;

Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit;

Immediate availability preferred.
