Our client is a Real Estate group and is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager, Structural to oversee their residential developments in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

· Project Management

• Liaise with landlords, architects, and consultants to ensure construction management deliverables are met accordingly.

• Lead tender processes, review contracts, and manage budgets.

• Anticipate challenges and deliver proactive project management solutions.

· Construction Management

• Oversee structural shop drawings, and contractor performance.

• Ensure reviewing and approving project drawings and specifications.

• Manage site inspections, certifications, handovers, and flawless store openings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in large scale residential developments in Hong Kong.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• Strong technical background with ability to review construction drawings.

• Holder of HKIE or MIStructE is preferred.

• Fluent in English, deadline-driven, and results-oriented.

• Hands-on problem solver with a passion for quality and excellence.
