Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on FPGA development experience
• Strong proficiency in Verilog / SystemVerilog
• Experience designing low-latency, high-throughput pipelines
• Solid understanding of timing closure, CDC, and resource optimization
• Familiarity with high-speed Ethernet (10G/25G/40G)
• Experience with hardware debugging tools (ILA, logic analyzers)
• Ability to work closely with C++ / systems engineers

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with exchange market data feeds
• FPGA-based order book building
• Kernel bypass or user-space networking
• Experience with PCIe, DMA, and host-FPGA communication
• Knowledge of Xilinx Alveo / Intel PAC cards
• Exposure to FPGA HLS (not required)

Responsibilities

• Implement market data parsers in hardware
• Design hardware execution paths for order placement
• Optimize pipelines for minimum latency and jitter
• Build hardware risk checks and throttles
• Collaborate with trading and software teams
• Maintain production FPGA deployments
