We are looking for an experienced cocktail bartender to join the team.
Previous experience in a similar high end, high volume bar/lounge/restaurant environment is essential. Candidates should possess the skill, personality and passion to deliver Zuma’s unique product and standard of customer service. Cocktail knowledge is essential. Impeccable attention to detail, the ability to work within a team, and the drive to provide attentive service, without being intrusive, is a must. A strong creative style is ideal, as cocktail development will be a big part of the role.
