Job Responsibilities:

-         Create lots and print LIMS sample labels

-         Create, update, and print SRD labels

-         Configure and print LIMS labels according to the sampling plan, track sample progress and results

-         Reconciliation of unused LIMS sample labels

-         Support for label usage life cycle

-         Request, review and archival of BPRs and logbooks; compile, analyze and rectify GDP issues related to BPRs and logbooks

-         Issue BPR review schedules; track corrective actions for BPR issues and perform trend analysis

-         Retrieval and archival of logbooks to OPS

-         Maintaining currency of controlled copy SOPs inthe shopfloor

-         Manage shift scheduling, track working hours,and calculate shift allowances

-         Support urgent delivery of materials, documents,and tools within the workshop.

-         Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

-         ITE/Diploma in Biotechnology, ChemicalEngineering or related field.

-         Basic GMP knowledge

-         Meticulous, good team player

-         Able to work in cleanroom environment.

-         Office Hours. Able to support weekends &public holidays with make-up off days

Contract Duration: 12 months, subject to renewal based on performance.
