Brewer

We are looking for a motivated Brewer to join our team in Hong Kong SAR. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who is passionate about beer, understands brewing and packaging processes, and has hands-on experience in a brewery, beverage factory, or similar production environment.

The Brewer will support and carry out day-to-day brewing operations, including milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, fermentation, conditioning, and packaging. The role also involves monitoring production quality, maintaining sanitation standards, recording process data, and assisting with equipment operation and basic maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with and perform brewing operations from raw materials through packaging.

• Monitor fermentation and conditioning to ensure product consistency.

• Operate brewing and cellar equipment safely and correctly.

• Support packaging runs and help maintain packaging quality standards.

• Carry out quality checks and keep accurate production records.

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards throughout the brewery.

• Manage raw material and packaging inventory as needed.

• Work with the team on recipe development, process improvements, and operational efficiency.

• Support brewery events, tastings, and occasional customer-facing activities.

What we're looking for

• Some practical experience in brewing, beverage production, or a related factory environment.

• Good understanding of brewing, fermentation, and packaging processes.

• A strong interest in beer and a willingness to learn.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced production setting.

• Comfortable following SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.

• Team player with a hands-on attitude.

Preferred background

• Experience in a brewery, winery, soft drink, kombucha, cider, or other beverage manufacturing environment.

• Basic knowledge of quality control, sanitation, and production records.

• Familiarity with brewery equipment and packaging lines.
