About the role:
You will play a pivotal role in identifying market opportunities, developing client relationships, and contributing to the company's expansion objectives. This role is integral to our sales strategy and directly impacts our ability to penetrate new markets and secure key accounts within the region.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets and territories

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies

4. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential partners

5. Negotiate and close new business deals in line with company objectives

6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and project delivery

7. Monitor market trends and provide regular reports on business development activities and pipeline progress

8. Build and nurture a network of industry contacts and referral sources

9. Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and commercial terms

What we're looking for:

1. 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales or a related field, preferably within the technology, services or professional services sector

2. Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities

3. Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility quickly

4. Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is advantageous)

5. Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to assess market potential and develop actionable plans

6. Self-motivated and results-driven with a competitive mindset

7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline

9. Knowledge of the Hong Kong and wider Asia-Pacific business landscape is preferred
