WE ARE HIRING — Raja's Catering (Halal Indian Catering, Woodlands)

Raja's Catering serves weddings, corporate functions and events across Singapore from our central kitchen at 15 Woodlands Loop. We are looking for a hands-on Catering Operations & Logistics Executive to own our kitchen logistics end-to-end — from the moment food leaves the stove to the moment it is delivered, set up, and the client leaves a five-star review.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Kitchen & Delivery Operations

- Coordinate daily kitchen logistics so production runs without bottlenecks

- Oversee packing of every order — correct items, quantities and presentation, every time

- Plan and manage all delivery schedules for catering, wedding, corporate and event orders

- Source, negotiate with and manage delivery partners; arrange backup drivers and vehicles when needed

- Ensure zero errors in delivery timing — every order arrives within the committed window

Food Safety & Hygiene

- Ensure SFA food safety and hygiene standards are met on every single order

- Maintain hygiene compliance across kitchen, packing and transport

Business Support

- Prepare and submit bids for GeBIZ and other tenders

- Manage the operations inbox — client coordination, supplier emails, partnership outreach

- Build partnerships that add value to the business (venues, vendors, corporate clients)

- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports using our backend order data

YOUR KPIs (reviewed monthly)

- 100% of orders fulfilled successfully

- Zero client complaints; 5-star reviews from clients

- Zero delivery timing errors

- Minimum monthly targets for outreach emails and partnership contacts

- Weekly and monthly reports submitted on time

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Solid kitchen / catering / F&B operations experience

- Class 3 driving licence strongly preferred

- Strong coordination and negotiation skills — you solve problems before they become bottlenecks

- Comfortable with email, spreadsheets and backend order systems

- Organised, reliable and calm under event-day pressure

PACKAGE

- $3,000 – $5,000 monthly, structured with housing, transport, handphone and meal allowances plus taxi claims

- Performance-based variable allowance as company sales targets are hit — grow with us and your package grows too

- Direct exposure to the full catering business: operations, tenders and partnerships

- Work pass sponsorship may be considered for candidates with strong relevant experience
