We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales and provide technical support for construction and structural products across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

️ Drive sales of strut steel, construction fasteners, and structural components

️ Provide technical support to customers and project stakeholders

️ Support regional sales strategies and achieve business targets

️ Develop opportunities in industrial, commercial, and data centre projects

️ Build strong relationships with Consultants, Contractors, and Sub-Contractors

️ Engage in early-stage project design to secure product/brand specifications

️ Develop and manage customer networks across Malaysia

️ Provide product training, technical support, and marketing assistance

️ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Requirements:

️ Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related Engineering field

️ 5+ years of technical sales experience in construction/building materials

️ 3+ years of experience with strut steel, construction fasteners, or structural components

️ Experience with MEP/M&E projects is highly preferred

️ Strong understanding of Malaysia's construction market and procurement processes

️ Established network with Consultants and Contractors

️ Experience in industrial, commercial, or data centre projects is preferred

️ Ability to read technical drawings and perform basic engineering calculations/planning

️ Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

️ Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

️ Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
