About The Job

• Develop, monitor, and execute impactful channel partner programs designed to hit strategic Postpaid and Fiber sales targets.
• Analyze market dynamics to design exciting channel programs, campaign ideas, and performance incentives that keep the sales force driven.
• Collaboratively partner across teams to optimize operational SOPs, refine channel frameworks, and drive model alignment.
• Deliver data-driven post-campaign reviews to senior management while continuously enhancing channel platforms for peak efficiency.
  
  

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in business modeling, sales management, channel planning, or performance management in a medium to large enterprise (channel model exposure is a bonus).
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to build visually compelling reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Strong in communication and conflict resolution skills to connect with diverse stakeholders (project management background is a plus).
• High-energy, positive, and results-oriented mindset with the composure to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
