We are seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing technical and commercial proposals for projects within the EPC and Oil & Gas sectors. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to deliver competitive and compliant bid submissions.

Job Requirement

• Open to Singaporean citizens.
• Experience in a Proposal, Estimating, or Project Engineering role within the EPC or Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience in Electrical (strongly preferred) or HVAC systems within O&G engineering design, execution, or construction.
• Prior involvement with Substations or E-House package solutions will be viewed as a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset, solid understanding of vendor quotation comparisons, and excellent communication skills for client-facing discussions.
