Test Program Manager

Location: Alexandra, Singapore

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract

We're looking for an experienced Test Program Manager to lead enterprise testing initiatives in a large banking environment.

What You'll Do:

· Lead end-to-end testing across multiple projects.

· Manage SIT, UAT, Integration, and Regression Testing.

· Review and approve test strategies and test plans.

· Drive test automation and CI/CD initiatives.

· Perform API and Microservices testing.

· Work closely with development, architecture, and DevOps teams.

· Support infrastructure, platform, database, and security upgrade testing.

· Improve testing using AI/GenAI and intelligent automation.

Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· Min 8 years of experience in software testing or test management.

· Experience in large enterprise environments (banking experience preferred).

· Strong experience in:

· SIT, UAT, Integration & Regression Testing

· API & Microservices Testing

· Test Automation

· CI/CD pipelines

· Hands-on knowledge of:

· Java or Python

· REST APIs

· Jenkins

· Git

· JIRA

· Postman or SoapUI

· Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.

· Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

· Experience in Private Banking.

· Exposure to AI/LLM-based testing or intelligent automation.

Pay: $8,800.00 - $9,800.00 per month
