Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
• Manage and coordinate architectural, C&S, and M&E works with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and resolve technical issues on site.
• Attend site meetings, coordination meetings, and liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and handover activities.
• Prepare work schedules, progress reports, RFIs, method statements, and other project documentation.
• Ensure works comply with BCA regulations, project specifications, and company quality standards.
• Assist the Project Manager in project planning, cost control, and overall project execution.
• Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of Singapore main contractor experience.
• Experience in A&A projects is highly preferred.
• Exposure to new building projects will be an advantage.
• Able to interpret construction drawings and coordinate with multiple disciplines.
• Familiar with BCA regulations and Singapore construction practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of BIM/Revit is an advantage.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $3,300.00 - $5,500.00 per month
