Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for M&E / construction materials
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and prepare purchase recommendations
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely material supply
• Monitor material availability and manage procurement timelines
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing
• Ensure purchased materials meet project specifications and requirements
• Maintain proper documentation of purchases, quotations, and supplier records

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of purchasing experience in M&E / construction industry
• Familiar with M&E materials, construction supplies, and project procurement processes
• Experience dealing with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple purchase requirements

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
