Your role

Provide sales support to sales and customer

• Be responsible for aftermarket order process, enquiries and system maintenance.

• To work closely with sales & customer to ensure order fulfillment included order status monitoring, create order, close order & order invoice.

• Stock management in system.

Co-ordination with FSE, credit team and logistic team

• Interacting with different parties and responsible for the job execution smoothly.

• Works on report and quick action to solve open topics.

• Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.

Office administration

• Assist Operation Manager to maintain the SHEQ policy

• Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

• Filing and documentation.

To succeed, you will need

• University graduate preferred, majored in any discipline.

• More than 2 years’ sales admin support experience in sizeable organization and/or sales offiice.

• Strong problem solving skills and work independently.

• Possess excellent communication and customer orientated attitude.

• Strong computer skills and multitask capability.

• Proficiency in English
