JOB SCOPE:

- Preparing accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for construction projects

- Valuing variations and change orders, ensuring all claims are properly documented and justified. Take-off quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ).

- Preparing and reviewing interim valuations and payment certificates for submission to clients. Handle progress payment claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.

- Conducting site inspections and measurements for every project to verify work progress and quality standards

- Checking of drawings with the actual site condition

- Prepare some quotation and work order for awarded to sub-con or supplier

- Liaising & coordinate with salesman, site personnel, and subcontractors involved in the project.

- Maintaining comprehensive project records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

- Other ad-hoc assignment as instructed by Superior.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Professional Degree, Adequate experience in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

1-3 years working experience in QS related job (experience in the fencing industry is preferred).

Good communication skills, positive attitude, and self-motivated and have strong commitment to responsibilities

Detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Required language: English , Bahasa Malaysia

(Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.)

Computer literate : Microsoft office application, AutoCAD

Willing to travel as when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
