- Prepare preventive maintenance schedule and arrange maintenance works for the technicians to carry out as per schedule.

- Co-ordinate with QC Department to handle quality issue.

- Provide engineering support to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

- Improve and upgrading existing machine, equipment and facilities on efficiency and effectiveness.

- Directing the production team members and introducing efficient methods of production line.

- Ensuring that strong and efficient teamwork culture exists within the production team.

- Develop and improve of new tools and machine part.

- Prepare and compile technical specification of component and die.

- Generate process and machine work instruction.

- Maintain company policies and procedures.

- Assist in the implementation of OSHA and maintaining a safe working environment.

- Enforcing and implementing the ISO 9001 Quality Management.

- Maintain good housekeeping practices in all controlled area.

- Execute others’ responsibilities and projects as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirement

- Degree in Mechanical, Engineering or other related field.

- 1-2years experience in technical, manufacturing processes and engineering principles.

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with good analytical skills.

- Enthusiastic, cooperation and positive behavior.

- Able to work independently as well as in a team.

- Possess own transportation and accommodation.

- Willing to work on alternate Saturday.

- Willing to work at Johor Bahru.
