Job Summary

The Restaurant Server is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to hotel guests by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service. This role ensures that all guests are welcomed warmly, orders are taken accurately, and service standards are consistently maintained in line with hotel policies and brand expectations. The Server also works closely with the restaurant team to maintain cleanliness, uphold hygiene standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in F&B service or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
• Pleasant personality with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From RM33,600.00 per year
