Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on incoming raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished products.
• Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing according to established procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Record inspection and test results accurately and maintain QC documentation.
• Identify non-conforming products and report quality issues to the Production and QA teams.
• Conduct product sampling and retain samples according to the sampling plan.
• Monitor GMP, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices on the production floor.
• Verify Critical Control Points (CCPs) and ensure HACCP requirements are followed.
• Assist in internal audits, customer audits, and external certification audits (e.g., HACCP, GMP, Halal, ISO 22000/FSSC 22000).
• Support investigation of customer complaints, product deviations, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained.
• Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity where required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
