About the Role

As a Data Analyst in a dynamic telecom project rollout environment, you’ll be at the heart of turning raw data into actionable insights. This role offers exposure to multiple work-streams — from material management to system integration — while giving you the chance to build automation flows and dashboards that directly support project efficiency and progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Data collection & organization: Gather and structure data from various project streams, including material outbound records, purchase orders, and utilization.
• Automation flow setup: Design and implement automated workflows across project phases — Design, PO, Material Request, Delivery, Implementation, and Acceptance — ensuring seamless integration with multiple systems.
• Dashboard development: Build intuitive dashboards to visualize progress, track KPIs, and estimate efficiency.
• Asset data extraction: Consolidate data from different systems into a master database for equipment tracking and telecom site modelling.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 6 months of experience as Data Analyst
• Experience: Fresh graduates with relevant internship are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in handling data.
• Clear communication skills in English.
• Team player with willingness to learn and grow.
