Our client was founded in 1996 as a General Building Contractor accredited by CIDB. Position: Site Manager
Location: Solaris Mont' Kiara, KL

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily construction site activities to ensure projects are executed according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project progress.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and relevant authorities on project matters.
• Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues, technical challenges, and construction-related problems promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation, site records, inspection reports, and project correspondence are maintained.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of site management experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Willing to be based on project sites and travel as required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM 10k- RM13k
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
