The Role

Are you a detail-oriented network professional with a passion for building secure, high-performing infrastructure? We are looking for a Network Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of F5 load balancing solutions and firewall management within a dynamic finance sector environment. This onsite contract role is ideal for someone who thrives on technical challenges and wants to make a tangible impact on business-critical systems.

What You'll Do

• Install, configure, and maintain F5 BIG-IP load balancers for optimal performance and availability
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to F5 load balancing, SSL offloading, and application delivery
• Implement and manage next-generation firewalls, ensuring compliance with security policies
• Configure and monitor firewall rules, ACLs, VPNs, and other network security mechanisms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-availability, fault-tolerant network solutions
• Conduct network performance monitoring, security audits, and vulnerability assessments
• Prepare detailed documentation of network configurations, security policies, and system changes

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in network engineering
• Compulsory, proven experience with F5 load balancers
• Strong technical knowledge of firewall management and network security best practices
• Good working experience with SDWAN Viptela
• Familiarity with AI and Infrastructure as Code (IAC) is an added advantage
• Strong passion for technical details and a proactive problem-solving mindset
