Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts to ensure timely payment.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Process daily receipts, bank deposits, and customer payments.
• Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records and filing.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable ageing reports.
• Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations.
• Liaise with Sales, Front Office, and clients regarding billing enquiries.
• Ensure compliance with Accor policies and local financial regulations.
• Support internal and external audits when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Financial Controller.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
