Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Cashier functions.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end closing.
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules.
• Support budget preparation and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Financial Controller.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
