Are you passionate about building innovative digital products and driving digital transformation? We're looking for experienced Technical Product Managers to join an exciting long-term government project.

Position: Technical Product Manager

Location: Singapore (TBC)

Openings: 2

Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP (Subject to Security Clearance)

Eligibility: Singapore Citizens / Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) Only

Salary

Up to SGD 9,900/month (4–7 years of relevant experience)

Up to SGD 10,700/month (7+ years of relevant experience)

(Monthly all-inclusive package: CPF, annual leave, medical leave, medical insurance, phone & transport allowance.)

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap with business stakeholders.

Drive digital transformation initiatives and identify new product opportunities.

Manage product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.

Manage product budgets, funding, and delivery timelines.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of Product Management or related experience.

Strong understanding of the complete product development lifecycle.

Experience in Product Management, IT Business Analysis, Solution Design, and Testing.

Hands-on experience with Agile, Cloud Technologies, Design Thinking, and Product-Centric Development.

Strong knowledge of Product Analytics and Data Analysis.

Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch).

Experience with Salesforce, including Service Cloud and Agentforce.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP, CITPM, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.

Experience delivering Government sector projects.

Vendor management experience.

Exposure to AI-powered customer service solutions such as Conversational AI, Agent Assist, or Chatbots.
