You will own and drive digital products in the Service Delivery domain across the full product lifecycle, bringing both product thinking and hands-on user experience (UX) capability to serve citizens and employees.
What You Will Be Working On
Define and prioritise product features based on user needs, business requirements, and policy constraints
Lead hands-on UX research activities including user interviews, contextual inquiry, and usability testing
Translate research insights into journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes, iterating based on testing and feedback
Define and track UX and product health metrics to guide post-launch product decisions
Work across various stakeholders and vendors to align requirements and drive service delivery
Communicate product decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Continuously identifying and reframing the right problems to solve, while keeping pace with evolving user needs and maintaining delivery momentum
Balancing long-term product thinking with near-term project pressures, and navigating policy, security, and procurement constraints while upholding user-centred design principles

What We Are Looking For
Education in any discipline
Backgrounds in Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or Design would be advantageous
Prior experience working within cross-functional teams and/or with product owners or managers of digital products
Hands-on experience in UX research and design, including user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and prototyping
Familiarity with tools such as Figma or equivalent
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate user research and business requirements into clear product decisions across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
