Job Summary

Overall in charge of the administration and management of the project.

Key Responsibilities

1. Close monitoring of project activities including work progress and quality, adherence to contract specification, performance of contractors, manpower requirement, etc and to ensurethat proper recoding and / or documentation of site works are carried out in the most efficient and cost effective way.
2. Stringent checks on costs during both planning and implementation stages.
3. Ensure cost control of site works and identify the variation of the contract that involve claims both from sub-contracrtors and clients.
4. Organise and monitor the calling of tenders / quotations for schedule project work and periodically reviewing and checking of contract document.
5. Check progress claims from consultants / contractors to ensure payments are in order and according to the terms of appointments / contracts.
6. Prepare periodical progress reports and to attend all meetings or briefing required by the senior management.
7. Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications

Recognised degree in M&E Engineering

Skills & Abilities

• Sound knowledge of contractual issue.
• Good organisation, excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

Minimum of 8 years working experience
