Role Description The Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, responsible for overseeing engineering projects from planning through execution and completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project activities, preparing technical and project documentation, supporting design and engineering reviews, and ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and clients, monitoring project progress against schedules and budgets, and resolving technical and site-related issues. The Project Engineer will assist in material selection, technical evaluations, and implementation of solutions for insulation, mechanical, and related engineering works. The position also entails conducting site inspections, reporting project status, and contributing to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and skills relevant to industrial, mechanical, or insulation projects. Min. diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent technical qualification.
• Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to manage schedules, resources, costs, and risk effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary internal teams.
• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of industrial insulation, mechanical systems, or HVAC as an added advantage.
• Experience in industrial, construction, or EPC project environments, preferably within manufacturing, oil and gas, or power sectors.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards, and to work safely on active project sites.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project scheduling tools; familiarity with engineering software is beneficial.
