Role Overview

This is a senior, customer-facing engineering role based in Singapore, hybrid at around three days a week on-site with roughly 50% regional travel. Reporting to the regional engineering leadership, you will own technical delivery end to end, turning research breakthroughs into production systems that customers depend on. Success looks like deployments that move from prototype to live at pace, and a customer base that adopts and scales what you build.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across multiple concurrent customer deployments, from prototype through to production
• Design and build full-stack systems that put working AI in front of real users
• Partner closely with customer teams to understand their goals and guide adoption
• Scope engagements, sequence delivery and clear blockers so projects keep moving
• Write production-grade code wherever it is needed to unblock progress
• Create reusable tools, playbooks and delivery patterns that lift the whole team’s pace
• Feed field insight back to product and research to shape what gets built next

Key Requirements

Required

• 5+ years in engineering or technical deployment, with substantial customer-facing delivery
• A track record scoping and shipping complex systems in fast-moving environments
• Fluency writing production-grade code in Python, JavaScript or a comparable language
• Hands-on experience building on large language models or other generative AI systems
• A strong communicator, decisive under pressure and comfortable owning ambiguous problems
• Eligible to work in Singapore and available for regional travel of around 50%

Preferred

• Experience delivering into enterprise or regulated customers across Asia
• A background blending consulting-style delivery with hands-on software engineering
