Finance ManagerRole Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and business performance while ensuring the organization's financial stability and long-term growth. In this role, you will lead financial operations, provide strategic insights to senior management, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance policies.

You will collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies, optimize resource allocation, improve profitability, and support informed business decisions. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with expertise in financial management, forecasting, and business performance analysis.

Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets and forecasts, monitoring cash flow, conducting financial analysis, evaluating investment opportunities, implementing internal controls, supporting audits, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency. The Finance Manager will also oversee financial risk management, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvements in financial processes and reporting.

Success in this role requires sound financial judgment, strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Conduct financial modeling, variance analysis, and profitability assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and corporate finance.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, financial software, and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of taxation, auditing, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, cash flow management, and business performance measurement.
