Main Duties & Responsibilities

1. Grow Revenue

• Execute and enhance the business development plan for the sustainability consultancy business of the organization.
• Research industry trends and understand sustainability solution and services demand drivers to: Create new business lines & Generate client list, reach out, present and follow up with potential clients to secure the sale.
• Solution/partner sourcing to further improve the service and solution offerings of the organization.
• Review and enhance the sales process to improve sales productivity
• Prepare proposal for clients and industry benchmarking to ensure proposal submitted is in line with the industry
• Implement and enhance the marketing plan for the organization’s sustainability services and solution offerings
• Management of customer accounts to maintain positive professional relationships with clients

2. Lead and support projects

• Green Mark, Energy Management and ensure they are delivered according to the project requirements

3. Improve Cost Efficiency

• Enhance the project implementation process to ensure efficiency in project implementation as well as high customer satisfaction
• Partnership sourcing to reduce expenses of outsourced works

Requirements

• Undertaking a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
• Knowledge of sustainability industry (eg. Green Mark, Property Energy Management)
• Independent and strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, writing and planning skills
• Able to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment, keen eye for details, adaptable, able to prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines, proactive, resourceful, assertive and deliver high quality work
• Passionate about sustainability, positive mindset and self-driven with a desire for knowledge and learning with a can-do attitude
• Able to commit minimally 4 month's of work from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
