Role Summary

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

• Apply deep technical knowledge to design and implement robust software components that meet project requirements.

• Support and guide colleagues by sharing expertise and contributing to the continuous improvement of development practices.

• Analyze complex challenges and propose innovative solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align software development with business objectives and user needs.

• Contribute to the refinement of project workflows and quality standards to elevate overall delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience required.

• Main focus is BOBJ; candidates with BASIS experience along with BOBJ are also suitable.

• Advanced proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BOBJ) is required.

• Advanced proficiency in SAP HANA Database Migration and SAP Basis Administration is suggested.

• Advanced proficiency in Software Engineering is required.
