Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end RFQ and quotation process.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, lead times and product availability.
• Support the Sales team by preparing accurate quotations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and business growth.
• Prospect and develop new business through lead generation and cold calling.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Product Management and Operations on RFQs, and supply allocation matters.
• Process customer orders, monitor backlog and delivery schedules, and resolve logistics, quality and RMA issues.
• Handle contract pricing updates, credit/debit notes and support issue resolution.
• Prepare sales reports, monitor pricing trends and support forecasting activities to achieve revenue targets.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline
• 3–7 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support or Quotation within the electronics distribution industry.
• Strong knowledge of RFQ management, BOM review, pricing and supplier coordination.
• Experience handling customer orders and sales support activities.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
