Position: Golang Backend Engineer
Experience: 4–8 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Golang Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Go (Golang), experience building RESTful APIs, and a solid understanding of cloud-native technologies, containerization, and event-driven architectures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and performant software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.
• Build and enhance microservices and RESTful APIs for scalable applications.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and transactions using PostgreSQL.
• Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build, maintain, and optimize applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Implement and maintain event-driven architectures using messaging platforms such as Kafka.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and frontend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Golang development
• Experience building microservices and REST APIs
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems(e.g., Kafka)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
